The rooms at Gemini Continental are cosy and offer a mesmerising view of the Begum Hazrath Mahal park. The housekeeping and room service are excellent, ensuring a comfortable stay. The front desk personnel, Ms. Pankhuri, Ms. Vandita, Mr Asif, and Mr Jitendra, are exemplary professionals, who take care of every need with amazing attention to detail. The location, price, and buffet breakfast are all excellent. The staff are helpful and keen to assist, and the rooms are clean with no mosquitoes in sight.

The hotel had a good breakfast and was clean and comfortable. It was also located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were friendly and provided good service.
Some aspects of the hotel needed improvement, such as the reception desk's communication and billing process. There were also issues with the room's amenities and the hotel's prices, which were higher compared to similar hotels in the area.

We loved the hotel's location, close to the heart of the city and convenient for exploring other parts of the city with the metro. The staff was helpful and friendly, making our stay feel cute. the hotel facilities were great and made for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast that provided a lot of options to choose from.

I had a great stay at this place! The location was perfect, being close to the metro station allowed me to easily explore other parts of the city. The staff provided excellent service and the room amenities were top-notch. I loved having ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities in the room. The mini-bar was also a nice touch. The room itself was spacious with a comfortable sitting area and a dressing area. The in-room safe provided security for my valuables. I was very pleased with the quality of service and the amenities provided.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

During our New Year stay, we enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms which had great views of the city. the hotel's location was very convenient as it was close to the metro station and a short tuk-tuk ride away from major tourist attractions. the staff was very helpful and accommodating.
We did experience some issues with the service at the restaurant during breakfast. the air conditioning was not very effective, and it was quite uncomfortable to eat in.
